1. Handmade Products
Every Petalya piece is handmade with care. Slight variations in colour, size, shape and finish may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade jewellery.
2. Product Images
We try our best to show products and colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment.
4. No Return / No Exchange
All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.Please carefully check the product details, size and description before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference or simply not liking the product after delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Such cases will be reviewed by Petalya and handled as applicable.
